Why there is no real-time multi-portal search
This site is fully static: there is no server, database or API secret. Major portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Naukri and others) do not offer open public feeds and prohibit scraping, so a static page cannot legitimately pull their listings. Real-time job discovery across portals needs one of:
- an authorised external data source (a partner or licensed API) called from a service you control;
- a suitable public feed that allows browser access, such as the optional ones below; or
- a build-time ingestion process that fetches from authorised APIs in CI (keeping secrets in CI, never in the browser), writes
src/data/jobs.*.json, and rebuilds the site on a schedule.

Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and similar sites are reached through pre-filled search links on the results page, because their terms prohibit pulling their listings into other sites.
The optional live feeds are called directly from your browser only when you press Load live listings. Every card links to the original posting and names its source. Provider availability and terms can change, and a feed may be unavailable at any time.
Privacy
Saved jobs, search criteria and theme are stored in your browser’s localStorage only. A pasted resume is parsed in your browser and is only kept in localStorage while “Remember my resume on this device” is ticked (untick it to keep it out of storage). Use Reset saved preferences in the footer to delete everything.
